Ralph E. Moon, PhD is a building scientist in the insurance services field and serves as an expert witness. He specializes in the duration of water losses through the interpretation of water damage as it pertains to wood building materials, metal plumbing, and cabinet components. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles with colleagues that serve as the basis for his opinions. Dr. Moon was awarded a BS in Biology from Western Michigan University and MA and PhD from the University of South Florida.
